Built from a real mod desk.

Cueward grew out of the desk we built for one TikTok streamer's community and the mods who keep it running. We took what worked on her streams and rebuilt it so any Discord server can have one.

Your server runs on whoever remembers.

Who timed out that raider last Tuesday, and why? Which mod posts the Friday reminder, and did they remember? Nobody did anything wrong. This is what a server looks like when the team runs it out of a group chat and a few people's heads.

Why someone got banned lives in one mod's memory.Every ban needs a reason and becomes a case the team can read.
The Friday reminder goes out if someone remembers. You pick the time once, and the post goes out then.
New mods get access by hand, one at a time.Mods sign in with Discord, and their roles decide what they open.
Nobody can say who changed a setting.Every mod action and settings change is logged with who and when.

The desk your group chat was faking.

Your mods sign in with Discord and work from one desk. It sees your server through one bot and keeps a record of every mod action and settings change.

Every action leaves a case.

Ward Reason first. Then the button.

Open anyone's member card to see their roles, linked accounts and past cases. Time out, kick, ban or change a role right from the card. Each action needs a reason, and each one becomes a case the whole team can read.

  • CasesEvery mod action, with its reason
  • ApprovalsMod actions can wait for a Manager
  • Bot healthAn alert in your desk if the bot goes quiet

Write it once. It goes out on time.

Cue Pick a time. I'll be there.

Build a message as a template with blanks to fill, see it as Discord will show it, then post now or pick a time. Automations handle the routine; in your desk they're called recipes.

Your Discord roles decide who sees what.

Mods sign in with the Discord account they already use. Their roles in your server set what they can open, so there's nobody to invite by hand.

Every mod action, approval and settings change is logged with who did it and when. Change a setting by mistake? Undo it while the version before it is under 30 days old.

AI that waits for a yes.

Right now, Cueward's AI drafts chat lines for your stream tags, in the voice you set for your community and with your spoiler words kept out.

Every draft waits in Approvals until someone on your team says yes. A Manager can change that.

From invite to a working desk.

A short checklist takes it from there. You can change every choice later.

Questions

No. The bot never reads direct messages. It only sends one when an automation you set up tells it to.

Only what its tools use. That covers moderation, messages, channels, roles, threads and scheduled events, and never Administrator.

They sign in with Discord. Their roles in your server decide what they can open, so you don't invite anyone by hand.

Yes. Just make sure two bots aren't doing the same job, like posting the same welcome twice.

Not unless you let it. By default, every AI draft waits for a person to approve it.

Yes for the daily work: Today, Approvals and Alerts are built for phones. The big editors open on a computer.

Not yet. It's next, TikTok first, then Twitch and YouTube. Items marked Coming are not live yet.
